១.​​ អ្នកលក់នៅតាមខេត្តអាចផ្ញើកញ្ចប់តាមរយៈក្រុមហ៊ុនណាមួយ​​​ យើងនឹងទៅយកកញ្ចប់របស់អ្នកភ្លាមៗនៅពេលដែលកញ្ចប់មកដល់ហើយចែកចាយតាម នោះ។

២. តម្លៃបូករួមការទៅយកទំនិញ ការដឹកជញ្ជូន ការធានារ៉ាប់រង និងការវេចខ្ចប់។

៣. បុគ្គលិកផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូនដែលមានជំនាញនិងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។

៤. ការដឹកជញ្ជូន ពេលយប់និងនៅឆ្ងាយដូចជា កំបូល កប់ស្រូវ​ ព្រែកព្នៅ ព្រែកតាម៉ាក់ កៀនស្វាយ គួរស្បូវ និងវត្តស្លែង។

៥. យើងមានសិទ្ធិបដិសេធកញ្ចប់ណាមួយដែលយើងគិតថាមិនអាចទទួលយកបានដោយសារតែការហាមឃាត់ឬសំពីងសំពោង / ធ្ងន់ពេក។

៦. ក្នុងករណីមិនអាចទាក់ទងអតិថិជនបាន (ទាក់ទង២​ដងក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ​រយៈពេល២ ថ្ងៃជាប់គ្នា) យើងនឹងដឹកកញ្ចប់របស់អ្នកទៅអោយអ្នកវិញប៉ុន្តែអ្នក នៅតែបង់ថ្លៃសេវាដឹកជញ្ជូនដដែល។

៧. L192 Deliveryរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការបង្ហាញតម្លៃសេវារបស់យើងនិងបញ្ហាផ្សេងទៀតជាមួយអតិថិជន។

Terms & Conditions

1. Seller at the province can send all the parcel in one box via a third-party service. We will fetch the box immediately when the box arrives in PP and distribute the parcels accordingly.
2. Prices includes pickup, delivery, insurance, and packaging.
3. Well trained and tech driven delivery staffs.
4. Night delivery and as far as Kombol, Kob Srov, Prek Pnov, Prek Tamaek, Kien Svay, Svay Rolum, Kou Srov & Wat Sleng.
5. We have the right to reject any package that we deem undeliverable due to prohibition or too bulky/heavy.
6. In​ case that we cannot reach your customer ( call twice a day for 2 consecutive days), we will return your package and the delivery fee will be charged.
7. L192 reserves the rights to be transparent regarding our fees and other matter with customers.
